Black vs. White. Naughty vs. Nice. Good vs. Bad. It’s a classic argument.

For my wedding, my aunt really wanted to get me a bachelorette-type present, since I wasn’t having a typical party or event. About a month ago, she sent me this beautiful bridal lingerie set. It’s classic white with lace accents and a coordinating robe. It’s quite lovely and something I’m sure will turn into a meaningful piece of wedding nostalgia.

Then I was shopping and I found myself preoccupied in the intimates section of Century 21. I found this racy little black number and couldn’t resist. (Who would I be if I didn’t have a piece of black wedding lingerie?!?) It’s super soft and almost looks as if it’s a normal summer dress. I think a girl deserves at least a few new pieces of lingerie for her honeymoon, right?

So tell me, which team are you on?

I gotta say, I tend to go for the black But I’ll probably do a bit like you did hear, get some sweet, and some not so sweet

I’m team black. I loooove the white but I’m usually very disciplined about my spending and make myself choose between one or the other. The black almost always wins. I personally feel like it holds up better over time and hides wear for a slightly longer time.

Yeah, black is just so me, but I love having traditional white bridal lingerie.
