As we transition into fall, priority number one is getting comfy. Erika Katz, author of Bonding Over Beauty, offers the perfect solution for a self-pedicure with her brown sugar scrub recipe. An even better solution? Grab your mom, some friends, and some wine and have a mini spa party!
Erika Katz’s DIY Brown Sugar Scrub Ingredients:
· ½ cup of brown sugar
· 2 tablespoons of almond oil or olive oil
· 5 drops of honey
· 3 to 5 drops of your favorite essential oil, optional (I added coconut oil!)
Mix ingredients thoroughly in a glass bowl. Use the scrub all over the body and rinse well with warm water. The brown sugar scrub is wonderful to use all over the body, especially on your face, hands, and feet.
