Small Change, Big Impact

arrojo

This week, I had the pleasure of reviewing a haircut at Arrojo as part of first-ever Salon Week.  Bubbly, energetic Erin was my stylist and took wonderful care of my tresses.  From the time I walked in, I was treated like an old friend. For as upscale as the studio is, the environment is warm and inviting.

As I sat down, Erin questioned what I was looking for. She dug in and really considered my hair type, my face shape, and my personality.  While we kept the general asymmetric shape of my cut, we took out a lot of the heaviness that was causing me trouble in styling.  Throughout the appointment, Erin gave me wonderful tips in blow-drying, styling, and maintenance. Those stylist tips are gold!  I was also able to try out some of Arrojo’s products.  The reFINISH dry shampoo was definitely my favorite. It’s not a powder form, which relieves you of the residue and build-up most dry shampoos form.  It’s also a spray, which makes for super easy application.

I couldn’t be happier with the results of the cut and the overall service.  Erin was a perfectionist and made sure every hair was even.  My hair now frames my face, has more lift from the heaviness being discarded, and has great movement.  A big thank you to Arrojo to giving me such a stellar experience!

What do you think of my new do?
