Commercial Hair

I’ve discussed before how dry and damaged my hair is.  While it’s improved through use of vitamins and treatments, it will always have some problems due to bleaching it.  When Liz Earle approached me about trying their brand new Botanical Shine Treatment, I was definitely over the moon.  As you know, I love their skincare line, so I figured why not try the other side of their collection?

This is how my hair looked prior to use.  It was frayed and dry.  Not cute.  I also need a cut, so add some split ends to the mix.  Let’s just say my hair needed some help.

I began by washing my hair and then trying to drain the water away.  I added the treatment and left it for 10 minutes.  You can also add it for 30 minutes, which I intend to do when I have more time.  Once I rinsed it out, nothing seemed different.  I think it’s mostly due to the fact that there are no unnatural ingredients and I didn’t feel a false silky texture.

Some argan oil was added while damp and after I blow-dried.  This is what I got!  It was the whip-you-hair-around commercial hair we dream of!  I had no problems blow drying and it just fell into the nice straight locks I always aim to achieve.  I didn’t even have to use the straightener for stray hairs!

I am truly happy.  It’s rare to find something that is natural for your hair, good for your body, and that actually works.  If you have difficult, dry, or damaged hair, I completely recommend it.  As a reminder, Liz Earle only uses natural ingredients and does not test on animals.  You can see her complete haircare line here!
